These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WinnersMag.com and purchases from Winners Circle Magazine. By using this website, creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.
Website and store use
You must provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code or use its content for unlawful purposes.
2027 Digital Subscription
The Winners Circle Magazine 2027 Digital Subscription is priced at $39.95 and includes four signature digital issues released during 2027, Special Editions released during the subscriber’s active term, access to the Winners Circle Digital Vault and digital subscriber updates and announcements.
Subscribers who enroll during the announced 2026 Early Enrollment period receive the December 2026 Digital Issue free as a welcome bonus. The December 2026 issue is not counted as one of the four signature 2027 issues. For early-enrollment purchases, the paid annual term begins January 1, 2027 and ends December 31, 2027. Subscriptions purchased after early enrollment run for 12 months from the purchase date unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
This offer is a one-time annual enrollment and does not automatically renew unless an automatic-renewal option is clearly presented and separately accepted in the future. Issue dates, Special Edition topics and release schedules may change for editorial or production reasons. Any material change will be communicated to affected subscribers.
Digital delivery and access
Digital products and subscription notices are delivered to the email address supplied at checkout or made available through a designated subscriber-access method. You are responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders. Contact us if access information is not received.
Digital content is licensed for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use. Access links, passwords, downloads, full issues and Vault content may not be resold, publicly posted, shared broadly, reproduced or distributed without written permission. Reasonable sharing of an article’s public website link is encouraged.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. Orders may be declined or canceled when payment cannot be authorized, information appears inaccurate, fraud is suspected or a product is unavailable. A completed checkout does not require Winners Circle Magazine to honor an obvious pricing or technical error; if an order is canceled for such a reason, the amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds and returns
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Digital products are generally nonrefundable after access or delivery begins. Physical-product requirements and limited exceptions are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Editorial content and outside links
Articles, interviews, opinions, faith-based discussions and other editorial material are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Views expressed by contributors belong to the individual contributors and do not necessarily represent every position of Winners Circle Magazine.
The website may contain links to third-party websites, affiliate retailers or services. Unless otherwise credited, the website design, branding, text, magazine issues, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and other original material are owned by or licensed to Winners Circle Magazine and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited personal-use permission expressly stated in these terms.
Availability and limitation of responsibility
We work to keep the website and digital content available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winners Circle Magazine is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, temporary outages, third-party services or reliance on editorial content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; Winners Circle Magazine does not receive or store your complete card number.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the website, products or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply based on a purchaser’s location.
