Thank you for supporting Winners Circle Magazine. Because our store offers digital publications and may also offer physical merchandise, the policy that applies depends on what you purchase.
Digital subscriptions, digital issues and downloadable content
Digital subscriptions, digital magazine issues, special editions, Digital Vault access and other downloadable or electronically delivered content are generally nonrefundable once access has been granted, a download link has been delivered or the content has been made available to the purchaser.
The Winners Circle Magazine 2027 Digital Subscription is a one-time annual enrollment and does not automatically renew. Early-enrollment subscribers receive the December 2026 Digital Issue as a complimentary bonus; it is not one of the four signature 2027 issues. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time or unread issues.
Please contact us within 7 days if you were charged more than once for the same order, did not receive access to the digital product you purchased, received the wrong digital product or believe a charge was unauthorized. We will review the order and, when appropriate, correct the access issue, replace the digital product or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Physical products
Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Personalized, autographed, clearance or final-sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Before returning an item, email us for return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include photographs when possible.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may require 5ā10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.
How to request help
Email WinnersCircleGazette@gmail.com with your name, order number, purchase date, the email address used at checkout and a description of the issue. Do not send a physical return until you receive return instructions.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
